That was actually a hell of a lot better than I expected :P
Just one thing though, and I wasnt too sure if it was supposed to be a joke, but it seems weird that you had all this amazing frame by frame animation, but team rocket just sorta glided into shot with a 3 frame walk cycle.
either way, keep it up =D

Extremely well animated and I like the character design of moleman,
Just a shame its about raping kids

i rekon it has potential, but maybe it needs more of an objective, maybe powerups, that kind of thing. Its not bad tho, just gets boring quick,
